My Class Experts is a leading exam preparation service provider, serving students globally. As a fully licensed and registered company, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier services designed to help students excel in their exams. Our operations are guided by strict policies, ensuring transparency and dependability in all we offer.

By submitting a form, reviewing these Terms and Conditions, and using our services, customers agree to comply with all outlined provisions. Failure to adhere to our terms may result in certain negative outcomes.

Key Terms:

• Request Status: Refers to the progress of a particular request at a given stage.
• Revision: Denotes a revised version of the original product submitted by the client.
• Support: A part of the company’s ongoing framework that offers essential assistance and coordination throughout the order process.
• Quality Assurance Department: A division within the company responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of products and services provided.
• Verification Process: A procedure required from the client to confirm their billing identity and prevent fraud.

Payment Policy:

We prioritize online banking or credit card payments, while other methods are less preferred. Rest assured, our payment methods are secure and protected.

Privacy Policy:

At My Class Experts, we take the privacy of our students very seriously. The information shared on our website is governed by our posted Privacy Policy, which primarily pertains to data collected for communication purposes. We use highly encrypted protocols to ensure the safety of both student and tutor information.

Tutoring Plans and Procedures:

Students can schedule tutoring sessions by logging into our website with their credentials. A list of qualified tutors, filtered by the student’s grade and subject, will be displayed. Once a tutor is chosen, availability for the following six weeks will be shown.

Based on the expiration of their learning package and remaining credits, students can schedule up to five sessions in advance. The availability of specific tutors for specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed; sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage students to book well in advance to increase their chances of securing their preferred time slots.

Sessions can be postponed or canceled via the website up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions cannot be rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice constitutes a “no-show.” Students who accumulate two or more “no-shows” in a month may have their ability to schedule sessions in advance restricted for the next three months.

Students must log in for their scheduled session at least five minutes before the start time. The tutor will wait up to ten minutes before ending the session.

If My Class Experts needs to cancel or postpone a session due to technical or operational issues, we will make reasonable efforts to promptly inform the student and offer alternatives if needed. If rescheduling within seven (7) days is not possible, the student may request a full refund for the canceled sessions.
